My passion for this work lies in guiding women who have spent much of their lives being strong, capable, and emotionally attuned to others, and are now ready to feel that same steadiness within themselves. My work blends nervous system regulation, inner child healing, and inherited pattern repair to help women unwind survival-based roles like over-functioning and people-pleasing. 

I create trauma-aware, restorative spaces where healing becomes embodied, self-trust is rebuilt, and women return to their true form: calm, grounded, and self-led.
